Our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
We put a lot of care into making your custom neon sign, and we want you to love it! Since each sign is specially made just for you, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a fault with your order.
Can I Return My Custom Neon Sign?
Because your neon sign is made to your exact design and preferences, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help!
If There’s an Issue with Your Order
We do our best to ensure every sign is perfect, but if yours arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@neonbee.co.uk . To speed things up, we may ask for:
📸 Photos or a short video showing the issue.
📄 Your order number for reference.
We’ll quickly review the problem and offer a replacement or repair if needed.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
💡 Changed your mind? Let us know within 24 hours of ordering! If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once work has begun, we can’t make changes or cancellations.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our 12-month warranty covers:
✔ Faulty wiring or LED failure (not due to misuse).
✔ Defects in materials or workmanship.
✔ Transformer issues (if used correctly).
If you experience any issues within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the sign free of charge.
What’s Not Covered?
While we stand by our products, this warranty does not cover:
❌ Accidental damage, misuse, or improper installation.
❌ General wear and tear over time.
❌ Water damage (unless the sign is rated for outdoor use).
❌ Signs that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than us.
